We will continue to follow CMS, CDC, state and local health department guidelines for visitation to provide a safe environment for residents, visitors, and team members during varying phases of COVID-19.

  • CMS and CDC continue to recommend communities, residents, and patients and families adhere to the core principles of COVID-19 prevention
  • We are continuing to screen all guests and team members as they enter the community per CDC guidelines
  • Team members are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment while at work

We continue to educate on the importance of COVID-19 vaccinations including boosters, and assist new residents, existing residents and team members with receiving the vaccine. If family members are interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, please reach out to our community.

Nationwide, there are shortages of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like face masks, gloves, and disinfectant wipes. These items help to keep healthcare workers healthy and enhance their safety as they are the front-line fighters against COVID-19. Our community is a registered drop-off site.
